Haiti visa application form
To apply for a visa for Haiti, the applicant must in principle present the following documents:
- Passport in good condition and valid
- 2 Photos 3×4
- Copy of identity card
- Bank certificate accompanied by the extract for the last three months
- Certificate of good life and morals of the National Police
- Letter of invitation from the company or institution where you will be working
- Hotel reservation or invitation letter from the host
- Copy of a return plane ticket
- Payment receipt corresponding to your visa type
Visas
- Tourist visa for 6 months
- Tourist visa for 1 year
- Work visa for only 6 months
- Work visa for one year
- Business visa for only 3 months
- Visa for Diplomat: special letter addressed to the consular section
The amount must be deposited in Colombian currency into the account No. 260-82088-1 Banco de Occidente on behalf of the Embassy of Haiti in Colombia, at authorized branches before 2:30 p.m. The bank will determine the value based on the exchange rate the dollar is at that day.
