- One of the parents will present the birth certificate deliver by the hospital.
- Valid identification of one of the parents (Passport or the card from ONI).
- Afterwards we proceed with the registration of data for the birth certificate.
- Two present witnesses or present valid identifications of two (2) witnesses chosen by at least of the parents.
